Agents

Benefits of participation

Participating in this event will allow agents to meet face-to-face with New Zealand schools in a very cost-effective and time-saving way. We provide free accommodation and meals for qualified agents during the workshop. It is a great way to find the best placement for your students and build long-term relationships with leading schools.

If you already are actively working with this sector, it is a great opportunity to meet your current partners as well as new schools. It will allow you to learn about the changes going on at schools, meet new staff members and just have a good time catching up with your partners over a meal or a drink.

We also welcome reputable agencies that have not yet started working with New Zealand schools, but have experience with other New Zealand educational organisations and are really interested in concentrating more on schools. This event will allow you to build partnerships and get understanding of the sector in a very efficient way.

How does it work

After receiving agent's application we check the references and if they prove to be good, we will offer the place. It includes free accommodation for 2 nights and meals according to the program.

Our target is to get quality agents actively working with New Zealand schools or intending to do so in the nearest future. We are looking to get a good mixture of agencies from various countries.

Since it is important for schools to meet agents from many countries, in case we receive too many applications from one country we might close the registration for agents from this country. So please organise your air travel tickets after you get a confirmation from us.

Several weeks before the event agents will get access to on-line appointment system. We advise having the majority of appointments scheduled before the event.

Why are we different?

  • We focus on the New Zealand school sector only. For agents committed to working with NZ schools (by schools we mean primary, intermediate and secondary schools, not language schools) or seriously planning to concentrate on this sector it is good chance to meet great NZ schools.
  • The event is based in Auckland so that you shall have a lot of opportunities to visit schools in New Zealand
  • The workshop is free for eligible agents.
